"DAVID WAYNE BAND" Friday April 24th 8pm
David has played professionally since he was fourteen-years-old and later throughout the United States with his first band “Stillwater” while living in Texas. After leaving Texas, he fronted the band “Decoy” for many years and then formed the David Wayne Band, which gave him the reputation of a master showman with a unique performance style that has been written about heavily all along the East Coast.David began his music career as a lead singer and drummer. His desires to be a frontman lead him to learn guitar, which he taught himself. He was a music teacher for several years and can still be found fostering a love of music in any child who takes an interest. He has owned his own production company and has produced and managed several bands over the years.David’s hit song; “Every Day Hero” is a current favorite with military bases around the United States who play it for troop deployments and homecomings. The song has received both press attention and national airplay. “Every Day Hero” was written for David’s late stepson, a member of the U.S. Army 1st Cavalry, who was tragically killed at the age of 19 after two tours of duty in Iraq.David is a former U.S. Marine who enjoys giving back to the military community, be it serving lunch to disabled Veterans, playing for the Wounded Warriors project, or performing at local VFW and American Legion posts.
The 'David Wayne Band' has also performed for the television pilot "Sounds Like Country".
David Wayne now makes his home in San Antonio, Texas where he is currently playing around twenty shows each month while still writing and recording new songs.

"REMAINS OF RADIO" Friday May 8th 8pm
Remember when we used to listen - really listen - to the radio? Remember a time when an eclectic mix of tunes were played by DJ's who actually knew and loved the music? When "electric lunch" and "late nights with" were just as popular as drive-time?
If you're a child of the "radio generation", you'll love Remains of Radio.
Where most cover bands could be playing from the same exact song list, Remains of Radio has developed a unique and eclectic repertoire that sets us apart. If it's groovy, soulful, bluesy, rowdy or rockin'…we got this.
